You Are Perfect in Your Imperfections   Right now, as you read these words, open up the crown of your head and accept the energy of your soul self as it pours down and clears away any thoughts of your own imperfection.   You are perfect in your imperfections.  Your so-called failures are but steps along the path of learning.  And your perceptions of failure are but judgments against a false standard.   You are perfect exactly as you are.  You are deeply loved no matter what you do or do not do. The Seagull Joy Freedom Perspective Take a deep breath and let the spirit of the seagull fill you.  Soar in joy. Soar in freedom. Feel your power. You are the seagull! The seagull knows that freedom is a state of mind and of the heart. She can teach you to let your heart soar on the wings of freedom and joy, no matter where you are and no matter what you are doing. She will help lift you out of the sands of worry and petty concerns and into the soaring heights of being one with all that is: one with the ocean, one with the land, one with the vast and glorious sky. The seagull will also teach you perspective. Whenever you care to, she will take you for a ride, up into the sky and across the vast ocean, where you will see that your cares are as small as the grains of sand on the beach. She will teach you that your power is limitless and unbounded and that all you need to do is stretch out your wings and let life carry you. Feel the freedom in your heart. Smell the salt air as you soar across the vast ocean. Feel the wind beneath your wings lifting you higher and higher, endlessly higher. Fill yourself with all of this power, the power to be all that you truly are, fully and freely expressed. For you are the seagull, and freedom is yours!

La rosa di oggi è questa.   Mi sembra meravigliosa.   Speriamo lo sia anche il giorno che accompagnerà.

Imagine Your Life without Fear or Doubt    Today, recognize fear in your life and send it away. Fear is a bully and if you face him down he has no choice but to run. He will run before strength and action.  He will run before faith and perseverance.  He will even run before patience.   Fear loves to hide under various disguises.  Sometimes he is called Tension or Anxiety.  Worry is one of his favorite names.  Shyness is another.  Apathy and Boredom are some very secret names that he has.   If you are not living your life full of action and engagement, embracing life with zest and vigor, then dig a little deeper and see if fear is hiding in the corners of your life, along with his sidekick doubt.  Shine the bright lights of self-Love and faith on them.  And then act.  Do what you fear, over and over, and fear will lose his power over your life.   Imagine, just imagine, what you might do with this precious life of yours if you had no fear and doubt!  Yes, this is the way to live.  And you have it within your power to do so.   Here is a little prayer for today: Today, I live in the full light of my life. I am full of the light from my higher self, which gives me direction and purpose.  I am full of zest and energy.  I am inspired by life each moment and see the many possibilities which sparkle all around me.   Today, I recognize my own strength and power and have the courage to do things I have never done before.  I am full of belief, both in myself and my abilities and in the help which surrounds me at every turn.   I am courageous, strong and capable and I can do whatever it is I wish to do.   I am power.  I am belief.  I am courage.  I am.   Quado's garden

The Tortoise Self-Belief Commitment Protection Take a deep breath and let the spirit of the tortoise fill you.  No dream is too large, no goal too impossible, no destination too far, now that you are the tortoise! The tortoise will teach you how to make time work for you. She knows that if you simply put one foot in front of the other and keep moving, you are bound to reach your destination. She is not afraid to set ambitious goals, even seemingly impossible goals, for her patience and tenacity are built upon a deep belief in herself. Allow her to give you this faith, this deep knowledge that you can accomplish anything you set out to do, if only you will keep going and never quit. For you are the tortoise, and the tortoise never gives up. Let her also teach you how to pull inside yourself and find peace and quiet there, no matter where you are or what is happening. Whenever you need to, you may call her spirit to you and she will wrap you in her protective shell, surrounding you with so much love and caring that the events of the outside world will not disturb your center of peace. And when the desert stretches out before you, let the tortoise give you the heart and the strength to cross the seemingly endless sands until you finally reach the sea, the sea soft with love and wonder, the sea of life, where all is again restored to you.
